These Terms govern your use of K-Star Hub (kstarhub.org). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the service.
K-Star Hub is a Korean entertainment news curation + AI video script generation service. The Pro plan is $3.99/month and auto-renews after a 24-hour free trial. You own scripts you generate; you may not resell them as your own product.
K-Star Hub aggregates Korean entertainment news from public sources (major Korean media via official APIs) and uses AI (Anthropic Claude) to turn it into ready-to-shoot video scripts in English, Japanese, and Spanish. The service targets global YouTube and TikTok creators who don't speak Korean.
You sign up with an email address. Provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for activity on your account — keep your magic-link emails private. We may suspend accounts that share credentials, abuse the service, or violate these Terms. You may close your account anytime via Account → Settings.
Pro plan is $3.99/month USD. New accounts get a 24-hour free trial with full Pro access — no card required during the trial. After the trial ends your account stays free; you only pay when you choose to subscribe. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless you cancel. We charge through Stripe; we do not store card numbers ourselves. See the Refund Policy for refund terms.
While your Pro subscription is active, scripts generated for your account are licensed to you for COMMERCIAL use in your own video content (monetized YouTube, sponsored TikToks, podcasts, etc.). You may modify them. You may NOT (a) resell or redistribute the raw scripts as a product or template pack, (b) train other AI models on them at scale, or (c) operate a competing curation/script service using K-Star Hub output. The license persists after cancellation for scripts already generated.
Original news facts belong to their reporting outlets. K-Star Hub holds the copyright on the curation, structure, and AI-written script wording — but grants you a license per Section 4. We rely on fair use and the right to summarize public news for commentary and reporting. If you believe content infringes your rights, email privacy@kstarhub.org with a takedown request including the source URL and the nature of the claim.
You may not (a) scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the site beyond personal use, (b) attempt to reverse-engineer the AI prompts or models, (c) use automated systems (bots) to interact with the service in ways that exceed reasonable human use, (d) use the service for harassment, defamation, or content that violates Korean or U.S. law, or (e) attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
The service is provided AS IS. We don't guarantee that AI-generated scripts are factually perfect — always verify before publishing. We are NOT liable for: outcomes of videos you publish using our scripts (monetization, copyright strikes, audience reactions), translation errors, downtime, or data loss. Maximum liability for any claim is the total amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We may update these Terms. Material changes are emailed to active subscribers at least 14 days in advance. The version that applies to your usage is the one in effect at the time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
